888rr Terms and Conditions — Read Before Using the Platform

1Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the platform 888rr, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Have 18 years of age or older — 888rr is a platform exclusively for adults, no exceptions;
• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program previously requested from 888rr;
• Not have an existing account on the platform — only one account is allowed per CPF, per residential IP address, and per device.

Registration is free and involves no sign-up fee. 888rr may request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address) at any time to confirm the information provided. Refusing to submit requested documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

2Account & User Responsibilities

Each user is solely responsible for the security and use of their account on the 888rr. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with third parties, and immediately notifying 888rr — via email or chat support — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

888rr is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials. Passwords should be strong, unique, and never reused from other services.

• Creating more than one account per CPF is strictly prohibited — additional accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited;
• Transferring account ownership to another person is strictly prohibited;
• Using another person's account is prohibited, even with their consent;
• Users under 18 are not permitted to hold an account with 888rr — accounts opened with false age information will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded;
• Users must keep their registration details up to date, especially the banking information used for Pix withdrawals.

888rr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at any time if it identifies a breach of these terms, fraudulent behavior, bonus abuse, match-fixing, or any other conduct that violates the platform's rules.

3Betting Rules

Bets placed on 888rr — whether in football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), e-sports, volleyball, basketball, MMA/UFC, or any other event available on the platform — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system — a confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the user, except through the cash out feature when available;
• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00 per selection;
• Maximum bet limits per event vary by market and are detailed on each match page within the platform;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed;
• In the event of a technical tie or event cancellation after it has started, the settlement policy applied will be communicated on the platform and may involve a full refund of the bet;
• Live bets follow the same general rules, with the distinction that odds change continuously — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are always the ones that apply.

888rr uses bet monitoring systems to detect irregular patterns. Any bets placed using insider information, collusion between bettors, or any form of match manipulation will be voided and the accounts involved will be closed. The integrity of sport and fair play is a non-negotiable value at 888rr.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The 888rr accepts only Brazilian payment methods. No foreign payment methods are accepted on the platform.

• Boleto bancário (cleared within up to 1 business day)

Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 seconds of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

888rr reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for additional review in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, with no pre-defined maximum hold period, provided the user is notified and given the opportunity to submit documentation. Withheld withdrawals with no communicated justification may be disputed through support.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 888rr regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. Each promotion has specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500,00 is automatically activated on the first deposit — no promo code required;
• The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount received, with bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover requirement;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated;
• Bonus balances not cleared within the deadline are automatically removed with no conversion to real money;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only — any attempt to open additional accounts to claim the bonus again will result in the closure of all accounts involved;
• 888rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users whenever possible.

6Responsible Gambling

The 888rr takes responsible gambling seriously — not as a formality, but as a genuine commitment to its users' well-being. Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. They should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from the user's account:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly limit on deposits;
• Bet limit: set a maximum amount to be wagered within a given period;
• Session time limit: receive alerts or be automatically logged out after a set period;
• Self-Exclusion: voluntarily suspend access to your account for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

8Conduct and Prohibited Use

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Placing coordinated bets aimed at guaranteeing a profit regardless of the outcome (abusive arbitrage);
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with its technical operation;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent, or creating accounts for individuals under 18;
• Placing bets using privileged information not available to the general public;

Serious violations of these terms may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any irregularly obtained balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

9Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 888rr, via live chat, or by email at suporte@888rr.biz. Prior to closure:

• Open bets will be settled according to the results of the corresponding events;
• Any available real-money balance will be returned to the user via Pix after identity verification;
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement are canceled and will not be converted into real money.

888rr may also unilaterally close an account in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and has the right to contest the decision through support within 15 calendar days.

10Limitation of Liability

The 888rr makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and no liability is accepted for losses caused by:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Inaccurate data from external sports data sources;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, 888rr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the amount to the user's balance. This measure exists to protect users — odds that are clearly outside market parameters are a sign of a technical error, not a legitimate opportunity.

11Changes to These Terms

The 888rr may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, our products, or general operating conditions. Any material update will be communicated to users via their registered email address at least 7 days in advance, except where changes are required by immediate legal obligations.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated conditions. If you disagree with a change, you have the right to close your account before the effective date, with any available real-money balance returned to you.
